Super came to us needing awareness as they expanded their home repair and maintenance service nationwide. In a low interest category where the only time you need them is when something bad happens (your tragic plumbing story goes here).
The Solution:
We began with consumer research to find a key insight– that most of us find home repair and maintenance to be incredibly stressful (to put it mildly). People wish they could have a home, but keep living like a renter… worry-free.
We took that knowledge and created our launch marketing plan. We rebuilt the brand with a new website, engaging customer stories, media plan and creative digital, print and radio ads with the tagline “Skip the drama”. The ads were launched in select markets online, in local home magazines, social media, email and radio.
